Hi all.
I went to the gym this morning. Had my trainer. The workout was good. Everyone seems to see progress except for me... I felt good until I had to put on clothes and was disappointed by how they fit. I''m hoping to see some progress by the time I go away in November (four weeks from tomorrow... yeah!)

I fasted yesterday so there wasn''t a real problem eating. However, I did gorge myself on fun Jewish break-fast foods for dinner.

I''m not doing too great today, but I''m not having dinner until very late so I needed to do something to ensure that I''m not starving before dinner. I''m determined to go to the gym for an hour + tomorrow!
 
Man I wish that I had some dedication. I am mortified every time I try on pants and they are snug. I need to get off my lazy butt and do something about it!

I get bored at the gym though and I cannot afford a personal trainer or someone to get me going. But I sure would like to lose 20lbs before next May. At least go down a few sizes.... But I hate going to the gym cause I feel like such a cow.. and I go to the gym at the university... so everyone there has these perfect little bodies, still shapely and firm.. age and babies have not caught up to them... I'm depressed.
 
I almost didnt post today. I didnt go to the gym, i worked then went shopping up and down michigan ave for 3 hours trying to find something to wear for our pics on sunday. Nothing looks good. it is so frustrating! tomorrow, i am going straight to the gym. first thing....promise
 
I didn''t do much working out tonight either. I felt really tired when I got home from work so I only did some light weight lifting and some warm up exercises. Tomorrow I''m planning to do at least 3 miles on the elliptical and some more weights.
