I realized I had forgotten to post the past two days. Whoops! I did the CS workout and then walking 5.08 miles. Campus looks so funny right now with everything getting ready for our Homecoming game.
How is everyone doing with their workouts? AP do you like the thrice weekly sessions with your trainer? Mrs Flutter I have not seen you around much lately. Buena Girl I am hoping you are still out there...I plan on bothering you over the holidays.

We all need to work out very hard this weekend so we can justify eating candy on Monday!

Good morning all.
I had my trainer this morning and she''s intent on kicking my butt. She wants me to keep my heart rate up all the time so I basically do walking lunges to all the different machines and the mats. Oh, my poor legs!

I really like seeing her three times a week. I feel much more productive. Unfortunately, she''ll be away next Tuesday, but she made me promise that I would keep our appointment and go down on my own. I think I''ve convinced my boyfriend to go down with me at least one time during the weekend. Any support I can get is great!

We''re going this weekend to Trader Joe''s to load up on frozen meals so I can bring my lunch in every day. My trainer is a little concerned about the amount of sodium in them and the bloat it can bring, but I''m going to try to drink more water to counter act it. I''ll also buy some salads so I can increase my veggies. I''m just too tempted when I have to go out every day and buy my lunch.

I''m not buying candy for the kiddles until Sunday night, and then I''m going to buy candy that doesn''t tempt me. Once it''s over, it''s all going to the doormen or the garbage. Can''t keep that stuff in the house or it will be in my tummy!
 
I''ve been around, but not doing to well. We were in Vegas through tuesday and since then i have had a terrible cold! Havent been to the gym or work till today. I want to go after work today, but i''m just not sure if I am well enough. I have been eating crap and not excercising and the scale shows it. I need to get in gear if I''m to be trying on wedding dresses!

AP, Good job with the trainer, something productive has to come out of all that work! And its a great idea buying halloween candy you dont like, not sure if the FI will go along with that. but I think we will give it a try.

Glad your back Mata, you make me accountable when i see your posts!
 
AP- I am not a lunge fan...I can hear my hips pop. Eww! But my tranier still insisted on doing them and with weights. To keep my heart rate up he made me do the stair climber, sick man. I am so glad you BF will be going with you, that will be good for your plan, good for his health, and could perhaps become a couples thing for ya''ll. Excellent.
MrsFlutter- I am sorry you have been under the weather. Definately rest up before starting back, you dont want to make thing worse.

I am not buying candy, I line at Gameday alone, only person in the building and we have security meausures to keep others from getting up here. I miss seeing the kids though.
