Thanks Mat....it is a lifestyle which is pretty easy for 8 months out of the year, but it's very hard for me to sustain it in the WINTER months. That will be the true test...last winter I totally fell off the wagon and had pot pies, fish and chips and Wendy's literally all week long, did not work out at all, and gained 10-15 lbs. It hides well on my tall figure, but it was definitely there. So now that I have slowly gotten back to almost where I was last summer...I don't want to fall off again. Part of that is pre-planning. The big thing for me is that when it is warm out (at all) I crave salads and fruit. But if it is cold or gloomy (read all of November, December, January and some of Feb) then I want comfort food and warm things. So I am finding things at Whole Foods to replace my daily salads for lunch (aka they have a great Hearty Chicken Soup) and also have to come up with some warmer side dishes that are not fatty or too carby.Date: 10/10/2005 8:16:05 PM
