Well, I know it''s late but didn''t see another thread posted and didn''t want us to go a day w/o one.
As for my update...
I finished my 5th workout day on Saturday. Yay! I am pretty happy that I got in 5 days b/c working out on the weekends is generally something I don''t do. I am feeling much better about getting my workouts in. With that said, my eating wasn''t great this weekend or TODAY. I had a huge amount of chinese + cake for lunch since it was someone''s bday. Not so good but i''m not too worried. Of course, the scale said I lost .6 lbs this past week and I probably just gained that + a bunch back. But it was good and I probably should feel bad but don''t.
I actually didn''t do as terrible as I could''ve this weekend since I made myself not eat when going to a festival with my son. I also had fruit salad w/yogurt for lunch on Sunday since I went out to dinner on Saturday.
So that''s my weekend. I will be working out this evening for sure!!
