Good morning,
Well, i''ll get right to it---- I worked out last night at the gym and then this morning at home. So i''ve got 4 days done! Yay! Tomorrow will be 5 and no weekend workout. How sad it is that *that* is why i''m excited. The eating is ok, if you don''t count a bunch of jellybeans I had yesterday. I brought the rest to work so that I can get rid of them. I thought maybe i''d eat them in moderation at home but that didn''t work so well yesterday.

Off to work now for me.

Is it Friday yet????

Morning ladies,

I didn''t go to the gym yesterday--it actually turned out to be a nice day so I walked for an hour and 15 minutes outside. I spent pretty much all evening outside after that, helping DH with "yard work" and playing with our doggie.

I don''t have much else to report, so I''ll leave it short and sweet today. Hope you gals have a fabulous day!

I''m still recovering from Pilates on TUESDAY. Jeez. But I weighed in and with bike riding and pilates, my scale said I lost 4 lbs in the past two weeks! I''ll take that!

2 months, 4 days, 4 hours until the bridesmaid dress....

Hi ladies- sounds like everyone is doing very well this week!

No work out this morning- although it was very nice to sleep in 50 extra minutes. Going to jog tonight after work and do some abs and arms. Food is ok, definitely enjoying my non-fat vanilla latte a little too much, but it''s all good.

Tomorrow''s Friday- yay!

Virginia, you were always an ideal rock to me, baby!

I made it to the gym this morning but it was more about just being there than really doing much. Tuesday''s weight session was quite intense, so I am still quite sore, and during yesterday''s run I stepped funny and my right knee is a tiny bit tender, so I thought I''d better stay off of it.

I did some resistance training with dumbells, lots of stretching and some ab work. It''s enough to say "I went to the gym" but that''s about it.

Good afternoon:

I did a little over 3 miles on the elliptical and then my pilates. not too shabby.

Today is my birthday so i''m looking forward to eating heaps of strawberries and whip cream

We went to the gym last night. My fiance & I work out at a college gym...It''s a big school, so there are about 6 gyms, but we usually go to the same one. Last night, we show up & the fitness center was closed due to an air conditioning malfunction!! So, we had to switch locations. It was kind of a flash back, as it was the gym I always went to in college. I ran 3 miles on the gym, at a super slow pace, then did stretching, abs & a little bit of arms. I was pretty beat since I haven''t run in about a week

Tonight I am going to the Farmer''s market to get loads of fresh fruit & veggies to stock up the house. We plan on going to the gym again tonight and I''ll probably do some cardio other than running and do a really good weights session.

Everyone seems back on the wagon! Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately, we''re going to have to postpone any birthday celebrations though, because I''m helping my younger brother and fiancee move into their new house tonight -- but perhaps there''ll be a cake waiting inside one of those boxes...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! Hopefully you get some cake but if not, definitely enjoy the day and you can celebrate this weekend! I have a friend who celebrates for a good 2 weeks so you have plenty of time!
