Yeah, so I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. I couldnt get out of bed this morning so I didnt have time to go to the gym, which put me in a bad mood. Then I got on the scale and i was 137 lbs!!!! SO i decided to go on the roof and jump rope. Which apparantly was a bad idea because it pissed my bf off... apparantly me thumping on the roof is not what he wanted to hear. Overall, it was a terrible morning. When I finally made it to wait for the bus, I had to wait 35 minutes!!! Please let no one bother me at work today.

I''m so sorry to hear about your rough start this morning. Hopefully the day will get better as it progresses.

I didn''t do so well yesterday. I only did my weights and didn''t do any cardio at all. Instead I went and got a pedicure. I haven''t had one for 5 weeks now, so I definitely needed one really badly. By the time I got home, it was 7pm and it was time for dinner. Had dinner and then had to give Alyssa a bath and by that time it was 9pm. So I decided to take a shower and only did some weight lifting for 10 mins.

And the bad thing is I''m unable to do any exercises tonight either since my friend is coming to town and we''re going out for dinner and drinks...many bad calories there....

I will have to make up for it tomorrow.

how are you doing? I know you only did 4 miles yesterday, but to me that is a lot! And half an hour with weights? Wow, mad props for you!

I went back out last night but only for two miles streach...
This morning I got up and did another half hour of weights, focusing on my legs. And I have walked a mile and half this morning. I am racing back to my starting point in terms of weight. I am too ashamed to even post.
I hope that this is just because of PMS and not becuase my weird body is being naughty again.
 
My weight always goes up when I''m PMSed... in fact, the pants I bought (in a size up) last week are now tight on me. I''m praying that''s what it is... thinking that I''ve gained weight so quickly is naseating. I haven''t been that bad!

No exercise today. Trainer tomorrow morning. Maybe I''ll get up extra early and do 40 minutes before she gets there...
 
It has been raining this evening. I started to go out anyway but realized that getting my feet wet while walking might lead to more foot issues. No Thank You! So instead I have been doing some more weights, again focusing on my legs, with a few arm exercises. I need to be wokring my back and upper arms more. A week from today I will be home! And I can play with all the lovely gym equipment there. Eleptical machine here I come!!!
