Moning Ladies! I hope everyone does well today, for those who exercise in the morning i thought ya''ll might get a kick out of this....it has been my exercise away message for the mornings for the last couple of years.
I have to exercise in the morning before my brain figures out what I''m doing.
Sadly I have forgotten who said it....hope everyone is off to solid start this morning!

No exercise yet this morning- wasn''t feeling too hot earlier, think I''m getting a little stomach bug but I''ve recovered enough to head off to work in a few.... I will make that saying my exercise mantra- but it will have to start tomorrow

Morning ladies...

Feeling a little better today, but not much. I couldn''t figure out what to wear this morning so I tried on some older skirts. All too tight in the belly. Granted, I''m bloated, but still... so frustrating.

I was all set to work out this morning, but then I got lazy. So, no exercise. However, I''ve promised myself that I will work out tonight, which is always difficult. But, I bargined with myself (how silly am I) that since I see my trainer tomorrow morning, I won''t do the weights but I''ll do some extra cardio. So, I''m going to attempt 40 minutes (at least) on the new elliptical machine at my gym. It''s so much harder than any other machine there... it turns me into one huge, sweat-producing monster.

Yesterday marked two months until my vacation so I really need to step it up. I might go to Whole Foods this weekend (or maybe tomorrow after work) and get some of those salads that everyone raves about.
 
Feeling energized this morning. Rode my bike to the gym and took an hour long weight class, it is a great class with ball, weight bars, bands, and sooooo many lunges. I then did 20 minutes on eliptical and rode my bike home.

AP, the salads at whole foods are great. just be careful with the amount of dressing! Did i ever mention that is where i met my bf? so we try to eat from there a few times a week! Maybe I should ride my bike over now and get a salad!

Now I just need to stay away from the chocolate and carbs today, and this could be the start of a great week!
 
I just went for a five mile walk with a friend but it was more social/debate time then exercise. I still need to go again later.
 
I went and did the jogging thing and then walked a bit to loosen my legs. I didn''t go far just under 5 miles I want to go farther but there was something going on...and cops so I decided to turn back and leave the loop for another time.
