Well, Mata had such response yesterday. Hopefully that means we will really have several people to be accountable to. I made it to the gym this morning. Yeah!!!!!!!! 20 minutes arms and back then 35 minutes on precor. Not bad, i''m getting back into the swing of things. How is everyone else doing? Mata, did you get up and walk a bajillion miles? AP did you have your trainer? Let me know how its going!
 
Good morning.

I had my trainer this morning, and did a little more than 20 minutes of cardio before she got there. I walked on the treadmill, but on an high incline. I was bad and held on, but if I don''t my shin splints really act up. The trainer was good, but everything was hurting a bit today and I was super uncoordinated. She thinks it has something to do with my cycle. I might have just been extra tired though.

Once again, after I got out of the shower and looked at myself I kept thinking that everything is working and I feel so great. But then once I put my clothes on and they don''t fit any different, I get discouraged. I love the way working out makes me feel, but I just wish I saw more progress! Seven and a half more weeks until Florida!
 
Just finished with the ab belt and am still drinking all that water

I was also thinking with the programs sometimes it is a good idea to mix it up a bit with exercise or food routines, helps keep you motivated.

So funny that you say that! I decdided to walk half way through the day today so I could be outside while there was day light. I went 7.18 miles.

I am also trying to drink more through out the day, I average about a 3/4 gallon of water a day and a few Diet Cokes. But I am always thirsty. I will exercise again this evening....if I dont post by 9 or so someone pick on me.
 
Hey hey hey!

Okay tonight will be my first day of exercise of this week. I''m going to start slow, just 3 miles on the elliptical (20 mins) and then 10 mins lifting weights. Oh, maybe 5 sets of 1 min jumping rope too. That''ll be difficult, since I am just starting the jumping rope program thingy today. Hope I''m not too sore tomorrow.....

Just thought I would see what you were up to. Not that your 7 miles were not sufficient for the day. its more than i do on precor in 2 days!
 
Sorry I was out! I did another 3.5 miles with a frind in slacks nice shoes...I think it should count for more that way.

Matatora, how do you calculate the exact distance that you walk?
 
I wear a pedometer. You can pick one up for about 3 or 4$ at Wal-Mart or about 6-45$ at target.
 
Ah, very cool! How long does it take you do walk 11 miles?
 
It depends on how much weight I have on me and traffic, but about 3hours round about...

I am fat, really not cute. I dont want to be. I know there are pictures of me on PS somewhere but I cannot recall where. But yeah I am just yucky. So I am working on being cute. I love my SO and I want as cute as he is.
What sport did you play?

I did try a glass of hot water first thing yesterday, as it is supposed to be very beneficial but it made me gag

It is supposed to be less of a shock to the system
