David Klass asscher eternity

Hot off the press and not yet on my hand, here are the vendor shots of my re-set asscher band. Previously (horribly) prong set, it's now in a platinum bezel. I believe the stones are an E/F color, VVS/VS clarity and, according to David, very, very nice. The finished ring is 3mm wide and approx. 2 ctw.

I'll post some clearer shots when it arrives; in person the 'hall of mirrors' effect is very obvious in each of the stones.

iluvcarats - I think the asscher, as far as bands or side stones go, has been largely overlooked since the advent of french cuts. I love them though and, unlike a lot of girls, when I pictured 'a diamond', an asscher is what I imagined. So even though I don't have one, they're really my dream diamond. But for now, I'm happy to settle for this lovely band.

Look at the neatness of that edging! Also - I ran my nail over the stones as soon as I had it out of the box. None protrude and it's a smooth circle - meaning that all the stones are in alignment. Nice job from DK!

I'm already wearing it with the rose gold band I picked up from IDJ a week or two ago. I think platinum and rose look lovely together in bands.

I have no idea why this one is so dark, but you get the general idea.

I really wish all of these would come out more clearly. This is what happens, I suppose, when your camera is more years old than I care to recount.

Anyhoo - here's a couple more! On my end, you can clearly see the cut of the stones. I'm hoping that the last photo, at least, shows them up.
