I noticed that Diamond Bistro has seller ratings, but I can't figure out how to leave or receive feedback. For example, I see a particular seller has a 2 star rating, but when I click on that username, there is absolutely no "Cumulative Feedback" and the number of ratings is listed at 0. How can the seller have an average of 2 stars, but have zero ratings or feedback? I've also bought from DB, but have never been prompted to give a rating or leave feedback. Is this a new feature?
