Debuting my heirloom rose gold bezel eternity =o)

These stones belonged to my husband's beloved grandma, who considered me one of her granddaughters. We had our local jeweler make a ring and set our stones into it. I decided on a 14k rose gold milgrain bezel eternity. The stones range from .08-.12 (same face up mm for the most part), and the jeweler said were very high quality, well cut, F VVS. Anyway, here's a few pictures for now, and I will upload more later. It means the world to me that I am able to wear my husband's grandmother's ring.

lokelani- it was originally in a very thick yellow gold channel setting. We scrapped the gold because the setting was in pretty bad shape. We didn't even think they were real diamonds at first until we put it in the US...then HOLY MOLY! Those babies sparkled like crazy!!

They are owned by a cute italian couple down the street from my apartment (In NY). http://louisanthonyjewelersny.com/ They executed the ring EXACTLY how I pictured it. They even let me come in after-hours to try on the metal casting to make sure it would look o.k. with my wedding ring ( My pear wasn't my original engagement ring, it was actually the ring I got married with. We got it to be used in our ceremony and worn alone. I got tired of people asking me when I was getting married, so when we got the original ring and my hubby said I could go ahead with my vision for Christmas, I jumped at the idea.)
