Diamond Engagement Ring Help

Hello everyone,

I am looking at diamonds for an engagement ring. I trying to look for those super ideal cuts because of my lack of knowledge and wanted to be safe. Looking at the two diamonds below, should i be concerned about the crystal in the middle?

Neither may be visible from a normal viewing distance. The inclusion in the Whiteflash diamond looks more prominent to me.
