I just received these today, and they do not work for my ears. My piercings are just too darned stretched. I bought them off the Bistro. Here is the original link:

it sure can!

I would call your local person and ask if they can do it for you. I recall asking mine years ago and it was a "while you wait" thing. Some have to send it away though.
