Hi i am looking for a diamond for a yellow gold engagement ring setting. After weeks of reading up on diamonds, watching videos, and going to a few physical jewelers, i think these are top candidates, but i really don't know as this is my first time buying a diamond. I also like the fact that the online diamond has the "true hearts" which at least improves the cut standard. The stores i visit just say GIA says excellent so that is all the information they have. I don't have an idealscope to examine each diamond (and most have very few physically in stock).
So these are my top choices so far:
-seems to have a good light performance on the "arrows" image
-I am worried about the clouds - it is graded VS2 clarity, but there are very few things drawn on the GIA report. It has the comment "clarity grade is based on clouds that are not shown". Since it is not drawn, it worry this means the diamond will be cloudy since there must be so much that they can't draw it, and enough to make it VS2. If there were no clouds, the few needles present i would guess would quality for a VVS rating.
-seems to have a good light performance on the "arrows" image
-this one main thing i am concerned with is the inclusion at the center which i can clearly see on the website magnified image.
-the light performance seems a bit less than the two above, ?leakage around the table?
-I am worried about the strong fluorescence and the potential it may look cloudy as a result (?esp in sunlight?)
Which one would people here recommend? Or some other one around this price range.
Thanks!
