I am looking for some inspiration and help in setting a 1.59 carat, 7.5mm diamond into a pendant. I remember twisted yellow gold ribbon styles in the 1980s and the bold designs of famous jewelers like David Webb - this is what I'm looking for. I am not interested in solitaire necklaces or dainty pendant designs, but rather something sculptural in yellow gold with the diamond acting as the final touch. I have looked everywhere, and can't seem to find any inspiration. Maybe something an inch to inch and a quarter long, and 1/2 to 3/4 inch wide and three dimensional.
