I am going a little crazy, I started a diet and lost 35 lbs. Problem was the diet was of suppliments and preportion meals. Now that I am not doing the suppliments I have gone back to the same old eatting habits as I had before, and now I am going back to school I have gotten lazy with working out. I was curious if anyone was familiar with the food exchanges and if there was any type of journal out there so I could do some sort of checks and balances to make sure I am eating the right portions and eating balanced meals throughout the days/weeks/months.
