I''''ve been watching LMN (lifetime movie network) all day and they keep showing a promo for a new show on Lifetime called Diet Tribe. It''''s about 4 or 5 friends that are over weight and love to doeverything together, including eating. Some celebrity trainer helps them lose weight, kinda reminds me of Biggest Loser. Anyway, just wanted to know if anyone is planning on watching it.

Ooh - I saw part of an episode the other day, I thought it was pretty good. I found when I was losing weigh that watching shows like that (and looking at health-oriented websites) helped me stay motivated and on track
