So originally my parents were going to pay for a dinner buffet at the reception and I just found out (by my mom accidentally telling me lol) that they have paid the extra for a plated meal. I think it is an extra 10 dollars pp or something like that because they also upped the number of entrees we are going to offer (originally one meat and one vegetarian, now 2 meats and one vegetarian option) I''m really excited about that It was supposed to be a surprise I would find out the day of the tasting in 2 weeks but I know now so will have to pretend to be surprised lol! Just wanted to share

Here is a good trick to simplify...

You do your side, he does his. Put like age''s together, from there you can try to find common interests (golfing buddies, same Church, same "industry", etc) even if it means blending the groups. Family tables up front....friends in the middle...work associates in the back. 8-10 per table.
