Dipped my toe into the emerald cut world thanks to DBL

While I love my ACC ring, it is a bit of a problem at work when I have to wear work gloves. So after seeing a cute little emerald cut on DBL I emailed David. I have to say he is excellent at customer service and what a hilarious guy! Elaine in his office is great and on top of it for sure.

So here is my answer to having something nice but still very wearable. .65ct GIA K emerald cut diamond in a platinum setting from Diamonds by Lauren. It looks very white to my eyes and is great in this setting. So comfortable! Pretty hefty setting and I love it with my french cut band.

I cannot say enough about my experience with DBL. When I emailed David at about 6:30pm pacific time, fully expecting to hear from them at soonest the next day, he emailed right back asking if he could call me to talk about the setting. We talked for quite awhile and I suddenly realized it was after 9:00pm in NY. He didn't seem to care.

I have a 0.48ct EC simply bezel-set east west in a band that I wear daily, and it developed a lovely satiny patina in no time.
