DIY Flowers: Who sets up the centerpieces?

I''m just looking for general opinions and ideas.

We''re going to DIY-ing the flowers. So the centerpieces should be done about 2 days before the wedding, and will sit in a walk in fridge until delivery. I''ll have someone deliver the flowers, but who sets up the centerpieces once the tables are set? Can I ask my venue''s coordinator & staff to do it? Anyone have and experience with this, or know of it second hand?

Depends on your package and your venue. Some venues include set-up charges in their prices, ie to place centrepieces, favours, etc. Some places also charge per person or per table to set these things up, so I guess you need to check your contract or speak to your venue as to what''s included in your deal.
 
Honey thanks, I did send an email off to my venue to check asking what the do in terms of set up. I just wanted to get an idea of what others did as well.
