I can find NO information about actually doing this project on the Knot, here, or even when I google it

I should have asked a JoAnn''s person how to do it toinght while I was in there but I was too consumed with my organza overlay project.

So, I ask you all...............anyone know how to get the wording on the candle?

Thankyou!

i think there is a way to do it with vellum,
(with the words typed on the vellum.

we will most likely use a cylinder pillar candle holder (clear glass) and probably do something on that,
or just a candle with a poem printed out nearby.

Vellum, huh? Nifty stuff :) I will definitely include that word in my next search. Thank you!

I have seen really pretty ones where the vase that you are taking about is the item that gets engraved. Then, it is filled with water and a floating candle is put ontop, making the words sort of glow. It's very minimalist and so serene. I'd do it this way but I know the other way (printing directly on the candle) is going to be more my speed price wise. I do, however, plan on putting the entire pillar inside a cylindar vase that I already have. It will be beautiful

ETA: Labbie~ Apparently, you are right ;) All it takes in printable vellum, some ribbon, and a glue gun. The ribbon hides the edges of the vellum.
