Does this 0.6 ctw pair look okay for earrings

Hey all! Looking for some validation these diamonds should perform well and match together for 0.6 ctw studs. While I’m not looking for ACA perfection (don’t have budget for that) I don’t want duds either. I searched hundreds of diamonds and wanting to keep to a budget (1k) and this size, these seemed the best. I had another pair picked out but at SI2 one clarity was a cloud only so I was concerned.

Any red flags here?? Thanks in advance!
Pair on hold. First Diamond is HCA of 1, and Diamond 2 is 0.8. Only hesitation is the table size in these. I don’t care if diameter is slightly smaller as long as table is not too small for earrings.

Rejected pair, if I should reconsider lmk-

This one is still on hold

This one I was concerned about the clarity being only a cloud in SI2. The JA gemologist said it wasn’t cloudy but something about the video gives me pause …

Anyone? I have until today to purchase the first pair on hold ;)

Can I ask what your budget is so we can look around for you?

$1,000 total all in, with taxes. The first pair with settings were right there.

Ideally G or higher (the one H was a compromise) and would like .30 each. Thanks!!

54 table is just fine.
1st on has some twist but probably ok in earring.
2nd has a really huge feather that might or might not be a durability issue.
Its going to be eye visible.

thanks so much! Hmm I did ask about that feather… they Said it would be “eye clean” at this size and they could cover the feather under a prong… but eye clean is obviously subjective. I did end up ordering so I’ll have to see when it arrives. At 0.3 points you think someone could see this feather from normal talking distance? If so, good thing they have a good return! :)

For my own knowledge.. Since these are earrings, and won’t take the same beating as in a ring to hit when/what is the durability issue from this inclusion.. is it during setting? Or one day they could just break out of nowhere? Should they NOT put it under a prong?

durability: depends on who you ask if its a large issue.
No never put a feather under a prong.

Someone close to me had a princess cut diamond with a large eye visible feather accoss the stone.
The ring was dropped into a sink, 1/2 the diamond shattered into tiny bits.
The 1/2 with the feather was in perfect shape and the other 1/2 was gone.
A counter story by a trade pro I respect.
A stone had a large feather about 1/2 way across the stone, after a few years it had grown to almost all the way across the stone.
It's very rare for a feather to grow after cutting but it can happen.
I think that a larger feather(si2 and lower grade setting) has much more of a chance to grow than say a vs1 feather.

Wait, admittedly my eyes are really bad. Does it go halfway across the stone?? I can’t see that or make it out but I’m obviously not trained to see it either..

Is there some sort of criteria GIA uses to mark this as SI2 instead of I? Would it need to go all the way across the stone to be an I?

I went back and had another chat with the rep. who said the Gemologist would assess it further for durability. But now I’m second guessing even if they say it’s ok. Appreciate the thoughts!

Here is a picture of the feather, its on the lower right side of the diamond image. It extends from the girdle to just under the table a little.

Thank you, that’s helpful. Is the below a better option than the H? Being so clean, I assume there’s some diminished light return here from the cloud though not sure how impactful in person.
