Hi everyone! I decided to clean out my jewelry box to start the new year and sent about 20 pretty little things that don’t get much wear to Dover for consignment this week. I threw in three nicer pieces to see how they would do and as of right now, they would be a major bargain for anyone who wins them. Auction ends this Thursday evening! This is the link to the auction: https://www.ebay.com/sch/doverjewelry/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from=
First up is a fabulous mid century aqua platinum ring that I picked up from an estate dealer in Palm Beach. This is a solid ring!
Next up is a classic opal ring that I bought years ago and never bothered to get sized. I have another that looks almost identical, so I figured I’d let someone else enjoy this one.
This last ring is the deal of the day! If it sells to anything close to its current price, I’ll be kicking myself. The quality is fantastic, it’s just not a piece that I wore. Even if you bought it to yank the diamonds out for a halo on a custom piece, you’d be getting a deal. Dover has a policy that you can’t bid on your own items, or else I’d just buy it back from myself.
