Narrowed down to two 2.7 ct diamonds. Same price ish range. Just want it to have a big wow factor in sparkle.

First one 2.7 G VS2, 44k with no fluorescence. HCA was 2.3 and near ideal proportions on diamond screener. Mild clouding on edge of diamond.

Second one 2.7 H VS1 with faint fluorescence. HCA is 0.9 and on ideal proportions on diamond screener. Less inclusions but sacrifice in fluorescence.

Put side by side for comparison on a Reddit forum diamond guru (I imagine).

The H looks more symmetrical. I would pick that of the two.

Despite the slightly above acceptable HCA score, I see more brightness under the table of the G when the stones are rotated. And for me personally, an H at this size might show more warmth than I prefer. So of these two, I lean towards the G. That said, the kind folks here will probably be able to recommend more options. I’d you are dead set on one of these two, is it possible for you to order both stones to compare in person?

I would buy this instead of either of the others.

The size difference wont be perceptible with the naked eye

I agree!

I'm not a fan of either of the James Allen stones.

I like the second one better. Slight fluorescence is not a bad thing.
