I got back from a business trip last night. They sent my bags to Vegas instead of sending them home! (should have sent me to Vegas!!!).
Anyway, They said the bag will be delivered at my house at 11am. It didn''t come, I called, they said before 4pm. Nothing, called again was told before 5pm. Nothing, then it was before 6pm...then before 8pm. Nada!. The latest was that it will be here within 2-3 hours.
So I was supposed to go the gym, didn''t go because they said they would be here!. Was supposed to drive up to FI''s...that didn''t happen either. So I''m sitting here waiting for it and just so frustrated!!!!
They just have no respect for other people''s time!. Come on, I understand if you are busy...but don''t give me the run around. I feel like I should get a free ticket or something!!!!!. Not that I want to travel with them again...or check my bags for that matter!...
