Dusty diamond under direct flash light

Hello everyone !
I would like to ask about something please
when my diamond is exposed under direct light like sunlight or the flash light from my phone, it becomes like not clean with several small white dots scattered throughout the diamond as in the picture. it looks like tiny grains of dust inside the diamond. the ring and diamond are perfectly clean and it only makes this effect there under direct light from the flash lamp or the sun. other than that it is extremely bright and sparkling and everyone tells me it is a beautiful and stunning diamond and it shines with a thousand lights. in all other lights it is perfectly eye clean to 100% I am in love with it, this powdery / dusty appearance only occurs under direct light from flash or the sun. Do you have an explanation please? is it because of the inclusion "cloud" that we can see in its certificate so below? thank you very much

If you look really close you see those are spots of fire(colored light) they are from tiny virtual facets that only fire under intense direct light.
The pic with the bright mains(3rd one) the camera could not find anything to focus on combined with the way the camera processes the picture makes it look odd.
Under those lighting conditions the light show is around the diamond not on it, except for very small virtual facets that show up as fire spots.
Some combos it shows up more than others but all do it, I think its neat you captured it.
