So, I''ve recently been pondering over a delicious box of Zappos and Shoebuy shoes. Well, two boxes really. I ordered 8 pair altogether. 5 of them were those dyeable type shoes (touch ups/colorifics etc) and I have to say........boy are they uncomfy
Some of them were quite cute (Touch up''s Divine was cute) but when I put them on I can''t explain it except to say it felt like I was wearing plastic on spikes. Just real stiff. For $55 I don''t expect italian leather, but I''ve worn some reasonably comfy shoes in that price range before. Has anyone else had this experience? I know many people get these shoes so maybe it''s me.......maybe I need to give these shoes many days of breaking in?
I ended up deciding that I''d either go real cheap and get white shoes (I''ll never wear white again)......like Payless prices (at those prices I would at least expect plastic on spikes).........or buy a nice pair in silver that I would wear again. Thank goodness I threw in a pair of Nina''s at the last second on my order because those impulse shoes are by far my fave right now. Sure, they''re $30 more but they are very comfortable and so cute. I think they''re keepers
Here''s a pic. These may be the ones but I''m still poking around for a lower heel in the meantime.
You can''t totally tell in these pics but the fabric is glittery-sparkly without the glitter. It''s really lovely
