Would it be possible to design rose gold dangly earrings with a pinkish / blush / peachy gemstone, for around $500. This would be for a present.

I found these on BGD's website but they are more ornate, and a little more than I wanted to spend.

I think studs with some garnet or tourmaline or beryl would fit in 500.
