I just received a mass mailing promotion from E-Bay informing consumers not to miss out on some closing bargains.
On clicking on the jewelry link I see
FINE ANTIQUE ART DECO 1 CARAT DIAMOND 14K EARRINGS!
IMPORTANT STUNNING ESTATE FIND: $1/NR/FREE SHIPPING! Item number: 4909892264
the link is:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=52567&item=4909892264&rd=1&tc=photo#ebayphotohosting
which is blatantly misdescribed.
Is there anything we can do about this and the multitude of other misdesrcribed goods which now appear regularly on EBay
