elderberry

I use Sambucol on daily base, and I must say it helps me!
But are other elderberry extracts as good?
Here in Belgium, I can find some elderberry products much much cheaper than Sambucol, that's why I'm wondering?
Sambucol claim they are the only one of course...
Sambucol contains sodium benzoate, I don't know if I need that...
