Im looking to buy an emerald for an engagement ring. Ive been looking on gemsny.com (specifically this https://www.gemsny.com/loose-emerald/3.25-Carat-Oval-Emerald-E3324AOV/ ) and I was wondering if the website is legit or if they are known for selling fakes or any other questionable behavior. I havent been able to find many negative reviews on them, for an unexperienced buyer that price almost seems too good to be true, so I wanted to run it by people with experience.
Additionally when I look up the GIA report the photo in the report looks lighter than the emerald on the website, could this be due to the clarity enhancements?
