I need to start experimenting with different ways to obtain energy during my long runs.I’ve read that many gels/bars can upset a stomach which results in a dash to the nearest porta-potty.
I’ve had a friend suggest Jelly Belly’s energy beans.Any other suggestions or experiences with different products?
