Engaged-G VS2 1.14 Round Brilliant

I became engaged on Friday night!! Very happy with my 1.14 G VS2 6 prong ring. I LOVE the baguettes and this setting. The color gold in the pic is the gold light fixture above the table from where the ring was photographed...the ring is as white as white can be.

One thing I will say for anyone considering this setting is this... I am a larger lady and although I never thought about it...someone "remarked" to me that the band in the front was narrow....isn''t that nice

....for my finger. My ring is a size 8.5 (a bit big). Although I was a bit pissed off, I realize that there is some truth to this....perhaps a wider band would have been better? The dealer also said to me that when considering a wedding band that since I was a "substantial woman"...that I should get a wider band. LOL Oy...people are too much. I''m a size 18...not a size 32!!! URGH!!

Anyway....I love the simple classic setting but they have a point. Any suggestions for a band for someone my size? I like classic bling if that makes sense? LOL I was thinking of a partial diamond band.
