Engagement ring-out of the box stones

Hi all,

I want an engagement ring with either a salt and pepper diamond or Montana sapphire. I'm looking for good places to source either of these, and then some places for settings as well.

any direction would be great! Thank you!

This is important to me as I use to have a lovely OEC diamond in my last engagement ring, F COLOR. but I unfortunately became a widow, and now I just don't want another ring that looks anything like my old one. Thanks for the help.
