Exciting LIW News!

SO and I are both working for the same company (our own) and even though we have an office, recently we''ve been working from home a lot... and outside of work, we live together and spend a lot of our free time together, too (yeah, I know, that''s a ton of togetherness. What can I say -- we get along well, hehe

). Anyway, yesterday he complained that because we''re always around each other, he hasn''t been able to make "certain very important phone calls" to his jeweler / wherever he is buying the diamond from (he''s been on the hunt for the right stone recently). So tonight, he literally made me leave for a couple of hours so he could make these calls. I was just walking around, getting a manicure, running errands, etc. -- all with a ginormous grin on my face! I just got back home and am still sooooo excited! I feel like real progress is being made and it can''t be all that long now!

I know what you mean about the manicures though!! I got a gift voucher for christmas and i have been trying to ''figure out'' when would be a good time to use it... don''t want to have bad nails when he proposes or when i get to flash the ring at everybody!!

I just have to say to everyone... i always get the warm fuzzy feelings when i jump on the LIW forum... it''s so nice to know that there so many other girls out there going through the same thing and feeling the same way that i do about this whole waiting game!!!

debshine -- thanks. It''s true that at this point it starts to feel a little more like Christmas and I am not as anxious anymore, because I know he''s working on stuff. Previously, the wait was not so much fun!!
