Thanks to everyone who provided input on my last thread. The two WF diamonds we were going to take a look at--the G and H color ones--were purchased before our trip later this month.

So now we're looking at a WF ACA and a Brian Gavin Blue diamond.

https://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-4377161.htm

I know color is very subjective and I'd personally prefer a G or an H, but I'm wondering if the blue fluorescence will make up for the I color.

We'd love any thoughts on these two. Thank you!

TheBrian Gavin, bigger and no black spot inclusions!

The blue fluo will only mask the tint under daylight, if you’re in a room that have windows and daylight came in or outdoor. Indoor with no UV light present, it’ll show true color.

Hi @aca

You've posted 4 stone with pretty different size/color/clarity, mostly in the same price range. I think you need to decide how color sensitive you are, and how mind clean you need for clarity.

2.283 G VS2 (WF ACA) - Sold
2.321 G SI1 (WF ACA)
2.432 H VS2 (WF ACA) - Sold
2.623 I VS1 (BG Blue, Med Blue FL)
2.786 I VS2 (WF ACA)

Here's another option that fits somewhere in between the stones above, but possible on the higher side of the price range.

2.528 G SI1 Victor Canera Ideal Hearts

(PS: I was also considering the 2.283 G VS2: when I learned it was sold I was hoping maybe it went to you).

What are your chances up upgrading in the future? One of them has a better/easier upgrade policy than the other.
