Fancy color diamond stacking rings (pink, white, yellow).

Re: Fancy color diamond stacking rings (pink, white, yellow)

How spooky you should re-list these today - I messaged on your previous thread last night!

Sadly they are a touch too big for me & also over budget right now, despite being in the UK myself & making a saving on your postage ;(

Alex - what's your finger size? When I had these made up, I was american size 5 (around J1/4 UK size), but because of the width of the rings when you wear them together I had to order them in 5.5 (which is around K1/4 UK size). Worn together they are a very snug fit and would work fine if your fingers are UK size J. The wave does go all the way around the band (although the diamonds are only set into the top half) so re-sizing would be tricky.

I am open to offers, so you if you wanted to contact me directly with an offer then you could do this via the DiamondBistro messaging system (I dont think I am allowed to give my email address here on this site).

Re: Fancy color diamond stacking rings (pink, white, yellow)

Oooh.... I am a UK ring size K so they would be PERFECT! :)) :))

However, I have just showed them to my jewellery-is-not-very-essential-in-life husband, and he said no ;( He started his own business in Sept & it is early days - we are on financial lock-down. If only I'd seen these in August, they would be on my hand as we speak! :D

To be honest sweet, I may have to check in with you nearer to my Bday in June & see if you've still got them, as I hoped & dreamed they'd be about half what their price is! Hubby splashed out on my new engagement ring in June to replace my original damaged ring (I have a thread & pics on here), and then a new custom setting in Dec as I wasn't happy with the one I chose at the time. He has just reminded me of how much the recent outlays have cost

But heaps of luck & I hope someone snaps them up (but not really - save them for me!)

Husbands eh? They just dont understand the need for regular jewellery purchases (mine doesnt anyway). I justify mine by selling some things I dont wear that often, (althought I'd rather keep them really), which is why I have 3 rings listed at the moment. If you were seriously interested in this ring set but didnt want them until closer to your birthday we could work something out if you were happy to pay a deposit on them now? Or how about splitting the payments in 3 and I'd send you one ring per each payment until you have the full set by June? (Just trying to think of some creative ways to make it work :) ).

Re: Fancy color diamond stacking rings (pink, white, yellow)

You're absolutely right, they don't get jewellery at all. But my husband does get going out & buying himself a new road bike on a whim on Saturday because he has another triathlon coming up in a couple of months & he's decided his best bike isn't fast enough :nono: Our garden shed is starting to look like Halfords :D

Is the $1450 price the final reduction? Gosh, aren't I cheeky?! I would probably like to buy the bands all in one go rather than one at a time, but need to work on my other half a bit more. It might defo be easier to pay instalments, but I have a feeling he will still say not right now. We've had a lovely weekend & he skipped off to work this morning a very happy man, so I shall raise it when he gets home :))

Hi Alex

Ah well, an expensive new bike definitely justifies a new ring: its only fair! :naughty:

I think you said you're in the UK? If so, then we should be talking £ not $ (no point paying for currency conversion :) ). Once you have spoken to your hubby, message me via DiamondBistro (I'm not allowed to give out my email address on this site) and then we can discuss the price in £, postage etc. I also have a video of the rings I can email you (but we'd have to do that via DB for the same reasons).

Re: Fancy color diamond stacking rings (pink, white, yellow)

Agree. But I still think he'll say no ;(

I shall set up a DiamondBistro account later on & contact you. In the meantime, do you know the colour & clarity of the diamonds?

The diamonds are all SI clarity, the white diamonds are G-H colour and the others are natural pink and natural yellow. Each ring has 0.25cts across 21 stones, 0.75cts for the whole set. There's an appraisal document from the jeweller who made the rings which would come with the sale stating all these specifications. In my opinion they have been strict with their grading (and I've completed my diamond training with the Gemmological Association, so I have some idea on this). Hope this helps.

Alex - I dont think you have to be a member of DB to be able to contact a seller. You should be able to click into the item and then there should be a link saying "contact seller" under the green "seller info" banner on the left of the listing.

Re: Fancy color diamond stacking rings (pink, white, yellow)

Yes, I do :)) When I clicked on Contact Seller earlier today it told me I had to be a registered user & logged in to contact a seller. So I shall get it sorted :))
