Favorite 3-stone design for colored center?

If any of you have missed my thread in the SMTR forum I have posted my stones and 3-stone ideas I am considering. Yes, I am absolutely positively going 3-stone. I have purchased two .30ct stones from BGD and JbEG will be executing the custom design.

So...I would love it if you all would share your favorite colored center 3-stone rings with me to give me some ideas. I have searched the forum high and low and I know I''m not finding them all.

Here is my sapphire and stones...in poor lighting but most of them didn''t turn out.

Go oogle Leon''s site--his 3 stone and 5 stones are quite beautiful, although he seems to have his nailed down style. Prongs or semi-bezels?

Oh and this is my favorite three stone of all time, but I think your sides are too big for it, and even if they aren''t, I''m not sure what look you''re going for! On the varna site, you could see it with a diamond center and sapphire sides, or diamonds all around. Someday I will have this style solitaire. I wanted it for my ering...

I did that earlier. I was surprised at his lack of 3 round stones together. I think I'm going to go prongs, which surprises even me...a die hard bezel gal. But I think to do these stones the MOST justice they need to be smack up together w/o any metal inbetween.

ETA-That's a really cool ring! I am going for a slightly more traditional three stone, well maybe not as I'm not doing a 2:1 ratio...

Ok, anyone whose read any of my posts knows that I''m a complete and total LM lunatic.

The picture is of a beautiful more modern and sleek 3 stone setting. And it''s 1 star in his expensiveness rating.

A nice break the bank LM is this.

If you want to go the halo route I just love this design. You could have it prong set vs. bezeled.

I like this ring because the main stone can be prong set but you could bezel the diamonds. This could be very interesting with your ring.

That last one is a cool idea with the bezel set sides and prong set center.

For me it''s this Ritani Bella Vita 3-stone. ChemGeek has more pics of hers here. Delicate halo, perfectly sized accent diamonds...sigh, heaven. I always thought it would look really stunning with a coloured stone centre and had it planned in the back of my mind as a long-term project.
