I’m thinking of selling a few of my rings so I can put it all into my upgrade with Whiteflash in the New Year. This cushion diamond was found by @mrs-b who loved it but went another direction. I had David Klass make a beautiful setting for it. It‘s so beautiful....and completely eye clean..

Someone needs to buy this stone - PSA!

I had this stone on hold with BN for a few days intending to buy, but went in a different direction at the very last moment to match rose gold instead of platinum. But I was seriously excited about this stone and thought it was an incredible find - one of those unicorn diamonds you hear about...

@Vintagedream @Nymf This is what I paid for the diamond including tax. The setting by David cost me $1500. The total I paid for everything is $12,913. The diamond halo is made up of vs quality melee that are very bright and sparkly. I sent an email to DK to see if he would be willing to be the intermediary so it will be insured. He also was the one that set and made the setting. I’ll update when I hear back. I don’t need to sell this to do my ACA upgrade so I’m not in a rush to sell It. If it doesn’t sell then I will make a pendant. I really have a hard time letting things go..lol

I’m sending it off to David Klass. He is going to keep it until it sells. He would mail it to the person insured who buys it.
He said he will also look into selling it. If I sell it then it will be less. I’ll put a video up later along with a price if I can figure out how to do it. Haha
 
I don’t think I have it in my nature to sell anything. I was losing sleep over selling this ring. I was also driving friends crazy asking opinions on how much I would sell her for. Sorry @Slick1 and @missy haha It’s a lot of flash and finger coverage. @mrs-b picked an amazing unicorn cushion. I may in the future ask her to help me find two baby cushions to make a three stone cushion ring. :bigsmile:

Girl, first of all, you aren’t driving any of us crazy I know I speak for @Slick1 as well as for myself. Having said that if you don’t want to part with any of your gorgeous rings no one could blame you!

And let us know when you’re ready for that 3 stone and yes @mrs-b did an amazing job sleuthing out this one for you. Swoon! ❤️

@MamaBee - I'm SO glad you've decided to keep this one! I just don't see you (or any of us, frankly) coming by another one like this any time soon. I'm on record on PS for saying there's no such thing as a unicorn diamond - there's always something better around the corner or down the pipeline! But in *this* case - I eat my words and actually called it a unicorn diamond in the post I made about it from the get-go. I think this diamond is a stunner! And I would LOVE to help you find matching sides when the time is right!

I'm so glad this ring is home and - instead of moving it on - enjoy a lifetime love affair with this beautiful piece of jewelry! Yay!

ETA Btw, I LOVE the stack in your photo, and I also think the shape of the head of this ring really suits the shape of your hands. Very flattering and complementary!
