Hi all,

I'm thinking about selling my antique brooch to pay for some other expenses. It is a 14k gold victorian sweetheart brooch. The interlocking sweethearts are done in chrysoprase (though it looks a lot like chrysoberyl to me) and are surrounded by rose cut diamonds and cushion rubies. The hearts are topped with a bow outlined in rosecut diamonds. I have never come across one quite like this for sale and im a bit reluctant but if there is interest, ill make a loupetroop listing (same user name on loupetroop). I love to imagine the history of these old brooches.... given from one sweetheart to another, possibly a betrothal gift. This brooch is absolutely beautiful as is but would make a lovely pendant by adding a hanger or by stringing a chain through the bow loops. I have attached some pictures but I am rubbish with a camera and so im willing to post/send more as requested including video of the sparkles the diamonds and rubies throw off. I would be asking for $1875 PayPal FF as I am not a business. Thanks all! 20210628_093856.jpg20210701_133744.jpg20210701_133736.jpg
