I think you should hold off selling it if you are already having second thoughts. It is beautiful and looks fantastic on your finger. As @newtojewels advised, just wear it arouind the house for a couple of weeks, then re-assess.

Thanks so much @newtojewels & @snowballs mom ! I think you're both right- I wore it for a few hours today (instead of just trying on for a few moments when I first got it) and the size is starting to grow on me. This really was a dream ring/design for me and I was just surprised at how large it seemed when I first got it. All my other halos are more delicate and have smaller center stones (around 2 carats or less) so that's why. Maybe I will get used to it with time.

It isn't set yet but when I first tried my 3.1 carat old mine on in a completed solitaire ring it looked big but reasonable. When my partner and I picked it up unset to bring home, we both were like " is that really the same stone? it looks HUGE!" which lasted for a couple of weeks. And now it looks normal to me again when in the stone holder. DSS sets in fast! That being said, I've only worn it in the holder around my house, not in a real ring or out in public. I may feel differently the first time I actually wear it out in its final setting!

Since you already own it and it was your dream, I think you should sit on it for at least a few weeks. But of course you do you!
