Descriptions are here. I designed and customized the two pieces and I believe they cannot be found anything similar anywhere. (Can provide the original CAD and work in progress pictures).

The Pink Sapphire Ring
Pink Sapphire: 1.05ct, Measurement 6.72*5.19mm. Vivid pink unheated(with Sri Lanka certificate). There are a few orange feathers (can only be seen under the loupe) in the center that made the color orangy pink to the eye. This piece is very saturated looks like a pinkish padparadscha or Vietnamese ruby.
Pink Sapphire Flower: I designed and customized this piece, with18K Gold(with the gold stamp on the flower) with earth mined diamonds. Total around 0.3ct. Diamonds are G-VS quality. Excellent Craftmanship. The setting measures around 12mm*13mm. The total gold weight is around 3g.


Spessartite Garnet. Around 2ct untreated. I can't find the exact measurement but it is around 8*6mm. Very nicely cut with a lot of fire. Completely loupe clean piece, pure vivid orange color, not yellowish or brownish. It still looks like a fireball under the table. (See pictures I post later).

Spessartite Garnet Flower: I used natural rose-cut white topazes I customized ordered for the halo. Measurements are 4.5*3.5mm each. This is a unique cut that looks different from normal diamonds but still sparkles and has a lot of FIRE. (And much more affordable than a diamond of this size for sure).
The small green garnishments are 1.3mm diamond cut Dioposides. I did not use Tsavorite because in this small size Dioposides are more saturated and vivid than normal Tsavorites. The setting measurement is around 14*14mm, with good finger coverage. The ring is originally made in 18K yellow gold and I later decided to only leave the spessartite prongs to be YG and had everything else changed to white gold. The total gold weight is around 3g.

The band: Detachable from the setting. Size around US 5.5. It is designed to fit the two settings (I would prefer to sell the two flowers and the band together).
The band measures around 2mm. Stamped with 18K Gold sign. The clasps(I don't know what is that exact thing called for jewelry but this connects the flowers and the band) on the back of the two flowers are very very tight and secure. (You will hear a click sound when it is fully tightened with the band. )

The two flowers can be worn as necklace pendants.
Necklaces under 2mm will fit.

Update 8/18.
The fanta+band has found a new home.

The pink sapphire flower is still available.
I can order another customized band with the pink sapphire flower (with your size) to make it a convertible ring and pendant piece.
