Sold Feelers for Tiffany's 2mm 18k YG band, size 4.5

I just bought this "Tiffany's"* band from an ebay vendor from Japan.

*Putting Tiffany's in quotes because I have no eye for authenticating pieces. It may or may not be the real deal. I just chose this band, because pricewise it was more or less in line with other options I was considering.

...Turns out it's a lot harder than I thought to find a vintage, low profile, 2mm or narrower, plain 18k YG band in a size 4.25-4.5 (that doesn't get snapped up immediately by someone else!).

Anyways...now that I've tried this on, I realize I want something thinner or more knife-edgey. I have a couple more weeks before my return period is up, but I'd rather avoid the process of making a return internationally.

So I'm sending feelers out to see if anyone is looking for a plain yellow gold band in a size 4.5. Paid $295 for the band (no paperwork, just a Tiffany pouch was included). Asking for $275 (shipping within the US included).

Just FYI, the Tiffany hallmark is identical to the one in my 18ct yellow gold 1.8mm Lucida wedding ring, bought directly from Tiffany. It could be the same ring in my eyes
