Final Product: Custome Princess Ring

Sorry for yet another thread, but here is the final product. I'll get the really nice pictures with a better camera after I propose and I cant take real finger shots.

1.52 G VS1 Princes GIA
.48 F VS princes on the side
.28 tapered baguettes
8.88grams of platinum custom setting.

The ring is pretty thick/heavy.

Very pretty ring. I like it a lot. My 25th anniversary e-ring upgrade was custom, as well, and it weighs the same as yours does. I find the weight is no problem at all, except in the summer, and then it does bother me a bit. I'm just so active with my hands then. So, I just wear a simple wedding band, and find that I really enjoy wearing my e-ring again come fall. But that is just me. I'm sure your lady will love that ring all year round....

She will probably get used to it. The more you wear something the more you get used to it

I''m sure she will want to wear a wedding band too, I guess we will have to look for something that matches, but thinner.

She is going to love it. If you are worried that the band is to thick, I think it will be fine. No thicker than having 2 bands stacked together. I have a right hand ring that is thicker than that and its fine. What a special lady for you to make such a special ring for her. Congratulations!
