Hello,
After some back and forth with James Allen dealing with resizing issues, I finally have my ER! It's such a relief to see that they did a good job with it and I am super happy to be reunited with my ring
Some background: I was given a 3-sided pave ring which needed to be resized from 5.5 to 4.5. When I received the ring after the resize, it was misshapen and a pave stone was sticking out. The initial customer service we received after stating our concerns was subpar and I wrote a review describing my experience. I was contacted by JA and my case was escalated to the customer service manager. After my FI spoke with them, it was decided that my ring would be remade due to the issues surrounding this resize (my FI is a design engineer so I'm guessing he was able to make the case for a remake vs repair).
