I''ve been engaged for 3 months now and I FINALLY figured out how to take better pics of my ring and I found time (between all the wedding planning) to upload pics!

I am so happy to share them with the community that helped me learn about stones and rings. Feast your eyes on my beauty!!! I love the way she sparkels and catcehd the light! I get comments all the time

She is set in a Simon G x-prong platinum band. Here are the specs:

i love the x-prong. its sits a bit higher than the Vatche, but I can wear a WB flush and that is what I wanted

thank you. no, its not brushed. Its a wide band of platinum and it already has some scratches. In that photo, you can realy see them (along w. my finger prints), so it looks kind of brushed

oh, and I just wanted to give a shout out to my jeweler. I used a local B&M here is Atlanta. Brown & co. i worked with Ian and Katerina. They were so patinnt with me while I asked a million questions about the stone. Ian ran a sarin report, etc. It was great

and the fact that I found my great setting there was just icing on the cake

my ring finger is a 5 1/2.

I take that back, I think we ordered a 5 or 4 1/2, I can''t remember. I do know it was a smaller ring size than I was expecting.
