Hi all! Many months ago, I was here asking for some assistance with a e-ring I was looking to buy for my girlfriend. It's been a long process, but we are finally engaged and I wanted to be sure to keep my promise and post some pictures!! I'm no photographer, but here's what I have so far. Hopefully, I'll get some pics in daylight soon. Again, thanks to everyone here for all the help in finding this stone. It is so beautiful.

Congratulation! What a thoughtful guy:)

Are you kidding me? The pictures are great; it shows off a well made setting, a classic timeless design, and of course, a lovely tsavorite.

Congratulations on your engagement and on getting such a lovely ring!

Jog my memory, was this the tsavorite from Gemrite?

Kadath, you have come back at a time when we are having quite the tsav-fest.

Your ring has turned out beautifully and the Gemrite tsavorite looks gorgeous.

Congratulations to you both on your engagement.

And to echo what has already been said, yes - many, many more pictures please!

We soooooo need more photos

What a gorgeous ring! And that tsav seems to have much more of a blue component than the gemrite photos did, if I recall correctly.

Congrats on your engagement! It''s a beautiful ring!

Congratulations -- the ring is beautiful and the tsavorite looks wonderful in it. Your photos are very nice -- please post more!!

Thank you everyone for the kind words

This is indeed the stone from Gemrite....I fully expected people to have forgotten about it, since it''s been 5 months between my posts. I''ve actually been dying to post pictures of it here, but my camera broke just before I got the ring back from the jeweler.

Icekid: I think that my photos probably aren''t doing justice to the color, although I tried to get the white balance just right. In person, the stone is just a solid bright green and doesn''t really lean to either yellow or blue, as far as I can tell.

Ahhh that''s very nice. Thank you for coming back and posting photos. You did a great job!
