A most heartfelt BIG THANK YOU to PS Admin for my 10K gift! This forum is such an exquisite treat for me I can't even begin to express my thanks. I've been obsessed with diamonds and gems since I was a little girl, sifting through fake jewelry in the big treasure chest at the dentist's office (They couldn't very well give us candy, now could they?! And I was NOT about to sit still for a toothbrush. hehe), and cracking rocks open in my backyard to see if they were amethyst crystals inside or not.

It was a tough choice to decide what to do with my newfound gift! After 10k posts, I felt very much like this! What to do?

Or perhaps get an Exquisite Eternity band like Kaleigh did for her nanny? (sorry I couldn't find the real pic, Lisa!...attachment's gone.)

However a pendant like MrsSalvo''s Lovely Lily was looking pretty good...

And I was leaning quite heavily towards a Beautiful Bangle from WF....

But in the end I was lured by the design of an item from the store with the Baby Blue Box....

And so I ended up with a pair of Sumptuous Studs with Baby-fine Bezels!!!

It seems that several people are contemplating similar purchases so I rushed to get pictures out so the info and pics could help someone else....sit back and enjoy.

I had originally intended to buy the studs from Scheiner Diamonds, where Wallermama had purchased her wonderful pair of similarly inspired studs. I was all set to hit the ''order'' button when I decided that perhaps I would contact Whiteflash to see what they would quote me for a similar pair. The impetus for that was of course to have ideal cut stones. So I sent a little ''holla'' out to the good folks in Houston and Lesley came back with a quote that was quite comparable.

Lesley was a saint

as I said 'go ahead' and then called back an hour later to switch from 14K posts to 18K...and then again when I called 4 days later and said 'wait up - I picked RSG stones but is it too late to get stones that are upgradable in the future?!?!' I called in the nick of time as the stones weren't set yet, and she helped me pick a BEAUTIFUL pair of 0.4 ct F, SI1 stones. Lesley is just a doll.

So, here are my 0.8 ctw, F SI1 A Cut Above, handmade 18K wg fine bezel studs from Whiteflash!! Heavy friction backs.

(MC, do you know how much I was biting my tongue when you posted your studs last week! The same ctw, the same color, the same clarity, the same branded cut...only difference was the setting!)

These suckers look HUGE with that bezel...I was pleasantly SHOCKED at how gorgeous and big they were!!

Lastly, a proper ear shot. Enjoy!! I'll work on the flower shots and stuff...this was just a quick and dirty photo shoot before I put them on. I haven't taken them off since. Have I mentioned how much BIGGER they look than 0.4 ct each?! Seriously!!!
