First pair of diamond studs

My husband is gifting me diamond studs for our 20th wedding anniversary. I'm looking at a pair of 1 CTW studs from Whiteflash. There are so many choices and I'm a little overwhelmed...am I correct in assuming any pair of ACA studs from WF will have amazing sparkle? The pair I'm looking at are VS1, I color. Also I'm unsure of which prongs to choose for the setting. Martini vs. basket...which is best for 1 CTW size?

Yes, you can't go wrong with any pair. I like this pair. I think some people have said the basket from WF sits better on the ear.

Call WF and ask them to do pictures of the stones side-by-side. Ask them if they are a good match for earrings (I'm
sure they are).

I have heard martini studs aren't great for large stones (say 1.5 carat+ ) because they have no base to support the stones but
for .5 stones either should be fine. Baskets will sit on the ears and stick out a little further than martini. Are your holes in
good shape? My holes are stretched (I think from wearing studs to bed) and I can not wear anything that does not have a base.
So, just a few things to take into consideration.

So lucky It really is personal preference. But ACA studs are sure to shine. As has been suggested a million times go try on martini and baskets and see what works best for you. Martini is my preference but that works for me
