First time buyer - steep deep diamond

Hello all. I have been looking at a lot of diamonds and I purchased the following diamond (attached GIA report)

After more research, I think I may have purchased a steep deep (?) diamond with poor crown/pavilion angles which won't compliment each other as nicely as I would like. It also scored quite poorly on the HCA calculator - 3.8. Now the problem is, I am a bit tied up in the vendor as if I want to exchange, I have to go through their diamond database.

I would really appreciate a hand in finding a diamond that I could exchange to from their database (https://www.jogiadiamonds.com.au/diamonds/diamond_search.php)

My preferences are round, 1-1.2ct, eye clean and decent colour. Budget is around AUD $12,000

Please, any help would be much appreciated if anyone has the time

I am not a huge fan of the one you bought. I'll look for alternatives.

Wow their search function is not very good. They don't have any extra parameters to search from like depth, table size etc. I hope someone is able to help you!

Right??? Its so bad.

Yep so bad. But this is what we have to live with in Australia. It would have been so much easier to buy from WhiteFlash lol. I am really glad that you gave OP the parameters and what to look for though because it's such a pain to click on every single diamond to look at the specs.

Edit: Okay I checked again and you need to click on each GIA cert to get the CA and PA as well.

Options I like more from this vendor:

Ugh the interface is awful and I can't handle it. I looked through 1 of like 7 pages.

Stick with stones that have tables of 54-58
Depth: 60.5-62.4
Crown: 34-35 or maybe 35.5
Pavillion: 40.6-40.8 maybe 41

Thanks for the input! Here are a few I found - any advice on these would be greatly appreciated :)

I only had a brief look. The two that I was looking at were (p.s. I purposely looked for a smaller table):

J12261806 - it had strong blue fluor so need to make sure it's not hazy
J12234571 - on the smaller side of what you are looking at

They both scored pretty well on the HCA but faces up slightly smaller for their carat weight.

Do you have the link to these ones? Useless database can't let me search by code....

Out of the one you listed I only like 1.09 E J12374378 but its on the smaller side.

LOL this is the only way we can actually source international inventory. The other option is to walk into a jeweller and let them sell you something :)

Of these, the 1.09 E is the most promising (to my eye at least)

That's a great HCA score....means the angles work well together.

Does a low HCA score mean that the performance of the diamond is great? This does not necessarily mean the ASET and Idealscope will be great, correct? Still quite new to this stuff!

When you get a score below 2 on the HCA means the diamond has potential and worth considering for further evaluation....which means looking at Idealscope/Aset Images will tell you if there is any leakage and how well the stone performs. HCA is a rejection tool not a selection tool.
